FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Where does your coffee come from?
We source our beans from small-holder farms primarily from Africa. Our blends contain beans from the countries of Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya, and Peru. We may seasonally source beans from Haiti, as well as Colombia.
  • Do you roast all of your coffee?
Yes, we roast what we sell! Our co-owner, Justice is self-taught, and our primary roaster. We roast our beans at Pulley Collective in West Oakland, CA on a 45lb. capacity Probat commercial roaster, as well as a Loring that handles around the same capacity. It is a huge upgrade from our popcorn style roasters we first used while we created these blends! Check it out in our recent posts on Instagram !
  • How do I receive my coffee and how long does it take?
We ship orders nationwide, and typically ship your items within 7days. Look, we are not Amazon, we are a couple, named Jenna and Justice. We are working on minimizing our shipping times as we grow and develop our team and our business. We are optimistic about the development of our retail and wholesale department!
  • What's the biggest order I can place at one time?
We're up for a challenge and we have the capacity to roast 38lbs of coffee in 15 minutes. If you are interested in larger quantities of coffee beans for your office, warehouse, or private event, send us a wholesale inquiry at CONTACT@SOULBLENDSCOFFEE.COM
